Poor Service

Biologics near perfect record continues to decline. Customer service since the take over has reached an all time low.

I have tried to get service and tech support on the line to comment on the decline of service and the overall product.

I am sorry to hear that but when I talked ot the XLTEK rep he stated that Biologics is going away. since the service you get now is XLTEK all i can say is good luck and stand your ground

I have to agree... it's gone way down hill. I think we will be changing to a different system when we replace stuff soon.

We dumped our Biologic systems for Grass last year. We are very happy with the support and product from Grass. :D
