For most PAP devices, the flow does not need to be calibrated with our Netlink system, but we have seen a need with the Synchrony.

Bio-logic and Respironics have worked together to determine the correct settings for all the parameters on the Synchrony for use with the Netlink amplifier. Please call support at either company to have this information faxed to you.

Check connections

At our sleep lab we use the BiPAP synchrony's - and we ran into an issue with not getting a quality flow signal and/or sometimes not getting a flow signal at all. After examining the issue for some time, we determined the cable (supplied from Respironics) that goes from the AOM to the headbox (which is the connection that allows the signal to go through the amplifier), is not the correct style and size for the Netlink headbox DC port. We found that it was too long and not correctly fitted for the DC port. We talked to Biologic, and they sent us a cable (part number: 580-NETOX2-010). This cable worked perfectly! Maybe this will help you with your problem.

Oh, yeah, BioLogic uses like a "true" 1/8th inch connector and lots of other people use a 3.5mm connector, close but doesn't match exactly.
