Encore Pro 2 flow signal viewer

Postby linuxgeek » Thu Jan 13, 2011 8:05 pm

Does anyone know when there should be signal available to view in Encore Pro 2?

On the nights that it is available to view the flow signal and pressure signal, they'll be a little squiggly line next to that date.

But, sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not. And sometimes it's 3 nights, sometimes it's 1 night.

I can't seem to find any settings for this feature.

We got a unit for a patient specifically to view the signals and now it's not available for any of the downloaded data. Any ideas?

I got an answer and it seems like there's a little oversight in how the signal data is handled. It is supposed to be changed in some later firmware upgrade.

Here's the info:

The blue icon is supposed to be available approx. every 7th as long as the patient is using a minimum of 4 hours per night. Here are the unique specifics for the blue icon:

If the patient unplugs the machine it won’t write the wave forms to card

The blower has to be off for 8 hours before it commits the wave forms to card

If the patient removes the SD card before the 7th day it won’t write the waveforms to card.
