ours are in immaculate condition , had them for 2 years... we dont run 7 days a week... however, from the start when the patient is out of bed the grael is hung on an i.v. pole and patients instructed to be careful and leave it hanging.... the cradles and the grael box are still in perfect condition....

Diabolis, did you use an invert button to be sure the pressure signal is correctly oriented?

Our greals are approximately 4 years old, they are having issues with the back connections, out biomed department try their best to repair them, since whenever i ask Compumedics for help i am basically told to by a new item.

Poly,
[Not sure if you are here anymore or even still in sleep] how long are your electrode wires. Some labs "save" pennies on length of electrode wires and this puts the headbox within 3 feet of the patient. Tough to sit on the bowl with that combo.

Ok My opinion
Software ok very friendly
When not crash
Hardware very poor quality
Pin frequently broken
Back window not keep device strong stable on the stand
After warranty mild repair cost 1000$

Had 7 Graels for 4 years. Only 1 Grael had to be repaired- 1 Pin replaced. Did not cost anywhere near $1000.
Length of wires is 92". They hang on IV poles when not plugged in wall.
1 Grael has a small crack on 1 corner of case.
Very little problems now.
First year had multiple software issues, 99% resolved when Song finally told me to restart computers daily.( That did take him awhile)

Techs leave wires plugged in as much as possible to avoid wear and tear on pins
