salary in Northern Nevada

Just passed BRPT this last week. Experiences with peds, titrations of all kinds, regular full seizure montage, MSLT and MWT once a week, and on top of that I do about 50% of the scoring as well as Stat reads. Oh...and I commute 70 miles a day. Wondering what I should be making? In a moderate size city of 340,000 people. Getting ready to hit the boss up for a raise. Wink wink nudge nudge

As a newb, in the Reno area, I'd imagine about $20hr would be the norm. Also, the commute distance is irrelevant to your pay as far as your employer is concerned, right?

Yeah...I would say I'm probably reaching for it with the commuting. Trying to get a good idea since I am completely ignorant to what pay should be.
