Just wondering if anyone has different experiences with Viasys tech support since they are now part of Cardinal Health

I didn't vote on this one because my answer doesn't categorize easily. The availability of support is better. Only problem is the people I talk to often take like 20 minutes just to figure out who I am despite my giving them our customer ID. Also the core 3 people who used to be able to work with me on more intensive technical issues seem to have all been moved to other areas of the company. That's bad for tech support but I assume it will be good for the company.
