Stars .Hello everybody if you look Sleep Medicine Review 2003,from GB
i put web side this issue few day ago in my e-mail ,you can find out in this feb- or march issue very few good point how people try make CPAP easy to use.This abstract was about how make to patient much easy night with Cpap.Some of conversation was about put inside CPAP slowly melting
oil ,which can decrease nasal congestions,everybody has this problem and humidifier sometimes zerro help. Plus what i use just some of CD with relaxation sound/waterfall/rain sound/ and some about scent some of research very clear show lemon smell increase patient alert more as 30 %,
scent of valeriana make your sleep onset more easy.Just remember
many ears ago people try put inside pillow dry root of valeriana for good dreams.And this work fine.

Oil?

I would have to question the use of any type of oils. The so called de-snore spray had an oil and caused some pretty nasty bacterial infections.
I would just like to see some studies on the use before we go with something like that in the lab.
Valarian root, I know this is holistic and yes theraputic but its still a medicine. Is there any known changes in the morphology in brain activity? :?:
