The censor strikes again

Postby sleepadmin » Tue Mar 18, 2003 12:19 am

My posts have been deleted off sleepnet! :(

Good riddens, I guess he feels threatened, I should be flattered.

Why???

Postby Mandy » Tue Mar 18, 2003 9:37 pm

I don't understand what is wrong about posting a link to another forum on sleepnet. Even though this forum is much more organized and fun, most of us are still going to check out the sleepnet forums anyhow, just as many of us look at the APT forums too. We all just want information and to share ideas, right?

Maybe someone can enlighten me as to what the big deal is. :?:

Different type of Censor Strike

Postby Val » Fri Mar 28, 2003 11:18 pm

I use to go in during my lunch break and check this forum while at work. Well they installed new censor software on everyone's computers. Not a problem for me with one exception. Now I can't access this forum from work. Get this it's because of the name. There is something about the word "Binary" that flags the hospital's sensor and blocks viewing of this forum. :!: At least that is what the page says is the key word blocking access and I can get into other forums. So I guess I'll have to start checking this from home now. I just think it's weird that Binary is showing up as a sensor flag. :?:
