2017 update what you like/don't like

Postby mastoy » Fri Apr 14, 2017 2:30 pm

G'mornin folks, been a long time lurking and learning here and have always enjoyed.
I am looking at a new sleep system, possibly with HST included. Reviewed the posts from the past and most are more than a couple years old, so I'm asking what y'all think is good going foward. Have been using Rembrandt sinse @ 2000 and liked it a lot until our last update. I would appreciate anyones opinion and experience with recently new systems they are using.

We use the Respironics Alice 6 with the Sleepware G3 system. It is user-friendly, with customizable repots, and also use their Alice NightOne HST units. I highly recommend it.

Thanks for the response Ray. Alice seems to be pretty popular so I guess I'll be calling "M" soon.

Alice 6 big BS very propriety set up montage big pain
if you have respironics cpap and resmed need different montage
same with etco2 and tco2 cant be in one montage
Same with score
I badly dream about compumedics.

Sorry, my English is not that good - I don't understand. I have used Respironics for years, and have seen nothing about what you are referring to. Can you explain a little further?

1 need separated application for Resmed and Respironics titration system
2 need separated montage for montage etco2 and tco2
3 we had Compumedics before and had one universal montage
4 very poor Mark desaturation and arousal mostly with rera
Very hard created report and data with asv
We try much better sensor to flow
and I can receive good signal
Vs with same sensor I try with 3 another system
Same problem with seizure montage for Resmed room. And Respironics room we have two titration
System
This just for start

Well, that's a lot. I guess we don't have issues because we use Respironics equipment, no TcO2 or no etO2, whatever.

I lke it, it is easy to use and easy to correct their reports, to some degree. And they have some free report generation service initially.
