Our lab is looking for a new computer system. Help!!!!! We want a computer that has great tech support & is tech friendly. Most of our techs has never worked on a computer & we want something that is easy to learn. Want feed back from other labs & their system. Thanks

I've worked on Stellate, Biologic, Alice and have found Grass to be the most user friendly. They as all the rest have pros and cons.

Take a look at the new Viasys system. I really like their stuff. Good support too.

nutty,

Maybe if you gave a little more to go on we could help you more.

Are you a facility based lab, IDTF, or Doc office? What do you currenly use for PSG? Do you perform PSG? Are you just getting into the business? What ALlied Health Field are your techs from?
