Postby dreamweaver333 » Thu Jan 15, 2015 7:20 am

Does anyone have a Capnocheck Sleep 9004 Owners Manual? I'm getting a reading "occlusion" when I turn it on & it will not measure anything from patient. Have changed out ALL filters. HELP!!

After a period of occlusion the unit shuts down the vacuum pump. To restart the pump you have to tell the machine that the filter has been changed.
Go into CAPNOGRAPH menu, select filter changed?, select Yes, unit will begin vacuum.

Hey whoever gets this. Question for you. What do I do if I continue to get the occlusion status after trying all other measures, including what you just suggested with the filter changed button to yes?

Change the water trap BEHIND the filter. Unscrew filter and then unscrew little black knob the filter screwed into. Your lab should have these. It is probably occluded.

This thing.
