Anyone familiar w/ ProFusion Error messages/troubleshooting?

Hi all, I am having technical issues and frequent crashing of Profusion software, and was curious if any of you have experienced the same and may have troubleshooting tips! These are the 2 error messages I get after the software crashes:
1) Profusion PSG software has stopped working: A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
2) Runtime Error! Program:...es (x86)\Compumedics\ProFusion Sleep4\ProFusionPSG4.exe

Any thoughts? I truly appreciate any and all insight!!! Thanks!!!
