Just found my second worse software. I can't believe this is even on the market. Sorry Jack (RIP) but it definately has a serious way to go to actually be functional as usable software. You can't even control the size of a respiratory event. I mean c'mon! How is it supposed to associate other events with them, if you cannot tell it where it is supposed to end? I don't get it.

There are so many mouse clicks to score and move it is ridiculous. I got carpal tunnel on one study. My friggin finger is dancing around on my hand.

You no need click too much. Every channel can set up for event. Just use one one click edit option

Are you sure you saw the latest version? Older versions sucked pretty bad, while the newer ones are pretty decent. And STARS is right, it's not NATUS, they are an independent company.

I had tried to use Polysmith back in 06, 07 that Jack Smith himself sent to me with a key to do something pediatric related. Yes, the software was horrid back then (not sure of version then.)
Now I am using 8, and it pretty stinky too, but better, but no where near to what a Compumedics or Rembrandt is capable of.

stars spent the better part of the night holding my hand helping me along thru PM. We spared you all the gruesome history. There is some very arcane categorizing of channel type through the use of the "scan" function within the montage configuration portion. Now, if we could only place certain event types on separate channels instead of only having all apneas on the Press. assigned channel this, along with better fluidity of page turning and event tagging around corners, will make for lower mouse clicks.
My finger can't take all the friggin clicking.

I hope i can little help to You Claude.My problem i have version 6.0 and work pretty simple and easy for me without experience with 8.0 hard to say what they change.

Ahhh. Yeah, we thought about switching to Polysmith, got the full song and dance demo, but we ended up staying with Compumedics.
