Stars, I use Compumedics. I'm currently using Profusion2, which I like just fine - over the years I've figured out how to deal with almost any weird problem I get, except for the compression issue. All in all I've been happy with the software.

We'll be moving on to P3 soon, which seemed like it had some nice new features over P2, but so far I'm not happy because I've been struggling to get one single study from another lab to open, unsuccessfully - although I think the issue really lies with the other lab not sending me the montages that I need to open it properly, so it may not be P3's fault.

I too was a holdout from Pro2 to Pro3.

Other than the later builds of Pro3 having an enhanced popup screen to input EPAP, IPAP, ASV SETTINGS etc etc, I will swear to you: There is no incredible advantage over Pro2. One large Disadvantage is when in study manager and cutting down video psg by psg, Pro3 does not list the total file size of the individual study whereas Pro2 does. Makes it a chore to know which studies have cut down video and are ready for archiving.

Are you using Compumedics for EEG too? Beware their sleep and eeg builds share files so you cannot upgrade a build on one without extremely severe/fatal ramifications on the other.

We don't do plain EEG, just sleep. So thankfully that's not a problem.

now version 3.4 .362
Well not too much love not too much hate .
Very nice option crystal clean eeg setting
Desaturation mark worse as before.Calculation 4% very bad even v=when you see o2 drop 4 point computer may be mark only 3%
freq crash on the middle score.This i am not sure software itself or net related option.
But very annoying problem.
For now all our set go by network so
If you have good network setting its work very fast ,but if not ......
But generally its good working tools usually if use a lot eeg montage.
Some future from polysmith will be niice to add to compumedics

Oh please 88, the built in tech note in Pro 3 is worth the upgrade alone.

Yeah nice tool tech log worth before computer crash or frozen and when you restart tech log gone and cant be find out anywhere......

I used Polysmith and am now at a lab that uses SleepVirtual, believe me I would go back to Poly in a heart beat even with her "issues", or Rembrandt for that matter!!!! Really have nothing good to say about Sleep Virtual
