This story makes me wonder.... Ambien for a narcolepy test? Also, why would there be no video to clear or confirm the claims? If he is quilty then lock the guy up but I have a few questions before I would condemn this tech....

If there was no video, and the "sleep doc" is clueless , because this is a low budget fake sleep testing money making, hire anyone off the street operation, then lock up the doc for fraud also!

"inside her bra" could mean be replacing a continuously faulty EKGtrode.
DNA could be obtained from the gloves, if used. And if used gloves, then is there premeditation for increased "feelings?"
If there is no video, then all up the line are in for a whopper of a trial.

This just goes to show you why it's so important to have good audio & video recording.

Point in time is something to consider... He's fixing an electrode... she thinks he's feeling her up. Obviously with the cocktail of medications above she's heavily sedated...

as is the "sleep doc" that threw him under the bus so quickly... wheres the video doc?

If it exists, then why not say so....
