I don't think so, either.
How could they send Decembers issue out one week after sending out the September issue?
My favorite part of getting the September issue on December 21st was the call for sessions proposals with a deadline of December 19th for submissions!

September issue was released October 28th.

And the editor mentioned the December issue will be released this week.

I guess they could drop the ball more, seems a lot of trouble getting organized. But I'm not sure why you didn't get the e-mail announcing the september issue being posted online, but it's been up since Oct 28th :(

the "nope dont think so" was in regards to I dont remember getting the latest issues via mail...

Neither me or anyone else I know has received the hard copy of september. But I know they're trying super hard to keep up with limited resources and new changes, so I'll wait patiently. I do that sometimes. :)
