I had never heard of these guys until the Focus Meeting last week. Their system looks very nice and capable. Does anyone have first hand expereince with them? How's tech support?

Heres a link.

20K with a very nice video system (pan/tilt/zoom).
15K without video.

That seems damn good for the "first offer"

We have it up and running in our 4 bed lab. The screen resolution is excellent. Costs for 4 beds all inclusive were less than to upgrade grass telefactor to windows XP. Techs seem to like it and the transfer to DVD is painless for archiving. I give it 2 thumbs up. \:D/

We run 14 XLTEK beds over several labs and don't use a server. We record everything locally over a distributed database and dial in remotely through the internet. We could have used a citrix server to score studies remotely as well.

Interesting feedback regarding this system, there is very little I can find on their website. Not a large internet presence especially compared to other systems. For software that been around for so long, at least on the EEG side, it makes me wonder why.

I guess their website was being maintained when I went there, since then I have found it's a big site.
