What do you think about the tech support?

Since Stellate sold out to ?? their tech support has gone down the tubes. They let go all of the techs who were such a big help to us, and have IT personnel trying to figure out what sleep techs even do! There is very poor communication, they don't return calls, their suggestions are almost comic in their simplicity, and no one has any sleep experience! What a farce. What a disappointment. What poor business acumen, or lack thereof.
