Do you score this as Hypopnea but arousal came first though?

What if this was a Central and arousal came first do u score as Central?

In my lab, yes we do because it appears to result in another arousal. Otherwise no.

Its a sleep onset event caused by a change in the apnea threshold as the patient enters sleep. Its a central hypopnea. In some really ugly cases it can cause cyclical events that significantly fragment sleep. In most case its isolated and no biggie.
