We just did an inservice on our new Easy III unit. It looks good but appears to have a handful of glitches in the software.
How's the tech support service?
Overall I'm not terribly impressed. But, it's not like administration asked any technical staff for opinion, advice, or ANYTHING prior to buying Cadwell. Now, we're simply stuck with using it.
