Cadwell reports

Has anyone had difficulty getting the reports to be accurate? I am quite frustrated with Cadwell.

Cadwell reports are horrendous. at my old lab, we bought 2 new systems and one of the supposed "high" points was being able to create and modify our own reports. Well, Cadwell modifies them and it could take weeks to get it done. I heard someone say onetime that "every report needs to be verified, no matter how much it has been tested". We found that a LOT of the values that Cadwell had chosen were simply the wrong ones.

For instance, a REM AHI was picked that didn't even include REM sleep, or a studie's RDI would be LOWER than the AHI.

We spent several hours with Cadwell on the phone, and with them remoted into our system to get it corrected.

Call Tech support for help. They will eventually get it taken care of.

Thank you for your reply. I agree, many of their tokens are inaccurate and we are still without resolve and now on year 3.
